Alexander JFS offers a Financial Assistance Program to all who are unable to pay for their services. Alexander JFS will base the program eligibility on a person’s ability to pay and will not discriminate based on age, gender, race, sexual orientation, creed, religion, disability or national origin. The Federal Poverty Guidelines are used in creating and updating the sliding fee schedule (SFS) to determine eligibility.

Financial assistance offered by Alexander JFS is secondary to other financial resources available to clients, including insurance and government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid. Alexander JFS will bill any insurance that you have for the cost of services rendered. If the out-of-pocket expenses (such as co-pays and deductibles) exceed your ability to pay, you are eligible to request financial assistance for a discount of the patient portion of your bill.
