Client Fee Reduction Options:

  • Financial Aid – Sliding scale fees are based on household income, number of people living in the home and current financial obligations.  JFS Case Management/Financial Aid department will evaluate your situation to determine a reduction or sliding scale fee.
  • Texas Workforce Commission, Vocational Rehabilitation (TWC, VR) – Clients who qualify for services from TWC, VR will not be asked to pay a fee to JFS or TWC, VR.  All services are covered through a contract between JFS and  TWC, VR. To qualify, a client has a disability that impacts the person’s ability to find or maintain employment.  Visit the TWC, VR website to learn more about their services.

No client is turned away for services due to the inability to pay a fee.
