Transitions All Year Registration

We use the community as our teaching ground! Through community-based instruction, we explore vocational opportunities, weaving social, life, and advocacy skills into each outing. These outings strengthen our participants' community connections, reinforcing just how much caring counts.

Program Hours are 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM; maximum capacity of 10 students each week.

Staycation Weeks

Summer Safari: June 17-21, 2024

Summer Staycation: August 5-9, 2024

Join us for a week-long camp where we explore all the fun and unusual places around Houston! Minimum of three community outings each week and always one day of baking/cooking!

Art Work at MFAH

July 22 - August 2, 2024

This two-week camp at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston allows participants to explore jobs in the museum and service industry with hands on experiences! The program is designed with a mixture of classroom and internship experiences as well as fun exploring the amazing MFAH!
