The JFS FRIENDS Campaign began as an effort to broaden the circle of for the agency and to ask donors to consider an annual gift to support the programs and services of JFS Houston. The Board realized JFS could benefit from the aid of new unrestricted dollars to support the growing need for its programs and services. Since its inception, the needs of the individuals, families, and seniors who come to us for help continue to grow and counseling services alone have increased by well over 300% in the last year.
What began as a small group of supporters providing modest support, has turned into a significant component of annual help. Our FRIENDS are dedicated to ensuring that JFS has the resources to respond to the ever-increasing needs of its clients and the community at-large.
JFS stretches every gift as far as possible to reach all who come to us in need of help.
