A few weeks ago, we were fighting Houston traffic, dropping children off at school, going to work, greeting our colleagues, sharing a box of donuts or bagels and serving our customers in person with a smile. We were having dinner at a favorite restaurant, grabbing groceries without a line, having a regular visit with our doctor, joining different gatherings or social events with friends and family. We were visiting our loved ones at the hospital, nursing home, residential center or hospice.
