This group provides an opportunity for the community to tap out of stress and into their bodies. This all-levels mat-based yoga practice will promote strength, flexibility, and balance through a combination of slow-paced movements and restorative stretches.

**Video is optional. If you do not wish to be seen, you may turn your camera off. Mat is not required but highly encouraged. Option to bring yoga straps and blocks (or pillows and towels) for extra support.**
