This group provides an opportunity for the community to tap out of stress and into their bodies. Class includes gentle stretches, yoga poses, and breathing exercises that help counter the stress carried by the body. This all-levels yoga session only requires a chair*; no prior experience is necessary. Video is optional. If you do not wish to be seen, you may turn your camera off.
