Jewish Family Service has created a comprehensive program consisting of volunteer Jewish Para Chaplains and a professional staff consisting of a Rabbi and a Jewish Chaplain.
They are trained in end of life care and are available to provide a supportive presence and spiritual care to all Jews regardless of their level of affiliation. The Jewish Family Hospice program works together with the patient’s rabbi to support the rabbi’s efforts in providing this specialized care.
