Life is unpredictable. An unexpected fall or medical emergency can happen at any time, leaving you cut off from the help you need. But with Lifeline, you're never alone - prompt, expert help is available around the clock at the push of a button.

  • If you have an emergency or need help, push the Personal Help Button that is worn around your neck or wrist.*
  • Your Lifeline Basic Unit or Lifeline Telephone is activated and automatically dials the Lifeline Response Center.
  • Trained Response Center Associates who have instant access to your complete profile and critical information will connect with you immediately to see what help you need (in English or your native language.)
  • Even if you can't answer, Lifeline sends help at once. Whether it is a neighbor, family member or ambulance, Lifeline will send the help you need right away.

Lifeline Helps Seniors Remain Independent

Home - it's where we're most comfortable, where everything is familiar. But in an emergency, this feeling of comfort can quickly turn to distress and worry if you're living alone or dealing with a health condition or disability.

Lifeline gives you affordable peace of mind and the security you need to live independently in your own home. There is no equipment to buy and no long-term contract to sign.

Lifeline For Someone You Care For

Caring for a family member or friend isn't an easy task. Life's fast pace makes it hard to balance everyday commitments to work and family. You want to be there as much as possible, yet studies have shown that hour after hour of continuous caregiving can lead to exhaustion and depression, which could actually put your loved one at risk.

* Caution: The Pendant's neck cord is not designed to break away. Therefore, it can pose a choking risk, including the possibility of death and serious injuries. This may apply to wearers in wheelchairs, using walkers, using beds with guard rails, or otherwise protruding objects upon which the cord can become tangled. Wearers for whom this is a concern may wish to consider the Wrist Style method. Please consult your caregiver or Lifeline Program on which Help Button style is most appropriate for you.

Lifeline can give you that important break and reassure your loved one that help is always a press of a button away.
