Elyse Spector Kalmans, MBA

Elyse Spector Kalmans works part-time as the Department Coordinator and Business/Career Developer, assisting our community’s unemployed clients to network and prepare for job searches. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brown University and a master’s degree in marketing and finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Prior to joining the JFS staff, she managed a public relations and marketing firm. She has also held management positions at companies including Chase, Pillsbury, Coca-Cola, and Enron. Kalmans serves on the boards of directors of Congregation Emanu El, Jewish Federation of Greater Houston and the Anti-Defamation League.

Casey Radle, M.Ed., LPC

Casey Radle is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and works as the JFS Career Counselor. She holds a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Sociology from Trinity University in San Antonio. Casey is also qualified to interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Strong Interest Inventory and is a member of the American Counseling Association as well as the National Career Development Association.She values self-expression, honesty, and respect in the counseling process and is dedicated to helping clients reach their goals by supporting plans of action that lead to positive change.
